There has never been a greater time for us as parents to focus on Creating Well Kids.

Welcome, wonderful parents and caregivers!

I’m truly excited that you’ve taken a moment to explore how we can nurture our children’s relationship with food and nutrition. In today’s fast-paced world, the journey of fostering a healthy connection with what we eat brings both joys and challenges, and I’m here for every step of it with you.

By shifting our perspectives on health and wellness, we have the power to create happier and healthier families and communities.

Let’s rediscover the harmony and balance that may have slipped away in the midst of our busy lives.

I extend a warm invitation to you to join me on this meaningful journey. Together, we’ll delve into why prioritizing this aspect is crucial right now and explore how, as a community, we can make a positive impact.

My hope is that you find not just information but also a source of support and encouragement here. Let’s make a difference together – for our children, for our families, and for a healthier, happier future

The concept of Creating Well Kids was created from a place of inspired love for my own boys and my heartfelt pain of the health statistics facing many kids today. It is my wish that you find joy in transforming the way your family sees food from its origin, growing it and the nutritional value of different foods.
Why that is so important and how to prepare it. Have FUN as families preparing and enjoying it and watch as you all begin to participate in your own health.

Please share and enjoy the journey of Creating Well Kids as we bring about change globally in the way we eat, what we eat and understanding why  that is so important to a long and healthy life.
Helping our kids understand why what we eat is vital, it is fuel for us to survive to be healthy and live a long happy life.

This is what drives me.

It is predicted that if we keep eating the way we are.

Children’s Health: The Urgent Need for Change

The health of our children is at a critical crossroads, but as parents, we have the power to shape a healthier future. Here are some key trends and what they mean for our children’s well-being:

  1. Rising Obesity and Related Illnesses
Childhood obesity rates are climbing fast. By 2035, over 1.5 billion children may be overweight, increasing the risk of diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic illnesses. The good news? These conditions are preventable through small, consistent changes in family habits.
  2. Nutritional Deficiencies
Many children are still missing out on essential nutrients, leading to issues like anemia and developmental delays. It’s not just about cutting out junk food—it’s about nourishing our kids with the vitamins and minerals they need to grow strong and healthy.
  3. Mental Health Crisis
Anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges are on the rise among children. Without early support, the impact could be lifelong. Building emotional resilience now can set your child up for a happier, more fulfilled future.
  4. Inactivity and Sedentary Lifestyles
Today’s kids are more sedentary than ever, which contributes to muscle weakness and future health problems. Encouraging active play and movement can significantly improve their physical and mental well-being.

As parents, small steps—like cooking healthy meals, creating routines for exercise, and fostering open conversations about feelings—can make a big difference. The time to act is now, and the rewards will be a healthier, happier future for our children.

  • An epidemic of this size will result in an increased economic and social burden on all populations.
  • One in three children born from 2000 will develop Type 2 Diabetes in their lifetime.
  • Many will not outlive their parents.

This global crisis is solvable and one of the most important human rights issues of our time!

I believe we can change these frightening statistics, knowing this gives me hope and purpose – everyone given the understanding, education, knowledge and support can be empowered to make changes or learn how to do it right, from the beginning.

Truly understanding the connection between food and health is vital – that which feeds our cells and that which damages and destroys our cells and why each does what it does.
It is every child’s human right to live a long healthy, happy life!

Knowing what is possible and that I can make a difference fills me with excitement.

This may not be you, however knowing this may enable you to support others.

Together we can change the lives of this and future generations!
