As always read through the recipe before getting started
You will need:
¼ cup good quality maple Syrup
½ cup filtered water or organic coconut water
2 medium avocados 300gm flesh1 tsp pure vanilla essence – get a high quality if you can
(you will certainly notice difference)
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ cup premium cocoa powder (I use a high quality for best results & low sugar)
juice of ½ small lemon
a grind of pink salt
adding a grind of pink Himalayan makes all the difference
1 ½ Cs fresh raspberries or other seasonal berries (frozen will do just make sure they are well drained)
afew chilli flakes is a really nice addition too, please give it a go. You will not be disappointed.
Let’s get started:
Put all ingredients, except raspberries, into a blender and blitz until all blended and smooth.
Fold through 1 cup of raspberries.
Place in individual serving dishes or into one serving dish.
Topping:
½ cup raspberries, either mash down with a fork or put into a clean blender to puree for topping.
Raspberries are one of my favourite berries ~ a perfect match with chocolate!
Grated dark chocolate folded through with the raspberries for an extra hit of chocolate ~ make sure it is a high % chocolate.
Shaved coconut folded through is also a tasty option.
