Tuna & Sundried Tomato Hummus

This is delicious all the kids and big kids I know love it what’s more its quick and easy to make – perfect!

1 400g tin of canellini beans drained

1 185g tin of sundried tomato tuna in oil

2 Tsp tahini

1/4cup plain natural yohurt

2 cloves of garlic crushed

2 Tsp lemon juice

2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt and ground pepper

2 Tsp chopped sundried tomatoes in oil

1 Tsp chopped fresh basil

Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until silky smooth – that’s it so easy. This is one with some supervision you kids can do themselves.

Great after school snack with some carrot and celery sticks chunks of raw broccoli and cauliflower and some toasted pita wedges.
