So easy, get the kids involved, or just leave them to it. All you need to do is give them the ingredients. Well, perhaps show them how to make it first.
So here’s what you need: A good quality Greek yoghurt Shredded coconut, your favourite berries or seasonal fruit and a little drizzle of organic honey or maple syrup.
Let’s put it together ~ choose a vessel of choice for each person.
Now layer up, firstly a dollop or 2 of greek yoghurt add a sprinkle of shredded coconut (the fat ones) a layer of chosen berries or fruit. Another dollop or 2 of yoghurt another sprinkle of shredded coconut topped with some more berries or fruit.
Then a sprinkle of dried raspberry power. I use raspberry because we love raspberries, you choose your own favourite berry or fruit.
