I am a very blessed mother of two wonderful sons and now a grandmother of a very special wee boy!
I love growing and creating interesting and tasty food that is healthy and nutritious. My wish it to not only inspire you but to also empower and excite you so you can use that knowledge and share it with your families and they there’s for generations.
I am the founder of Creating Well Kids and the author of Simple Steps to Healthier Kids, which was inspired by my love for my sons and knowing you all love your children as I do mine. It also comes from my understanding of our health at the very cellular level and knowing the impact we can have on the health of our families.
